Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |

So the knifing murder of a white teenager on NYE is not racially motivated. A child and adult are in custody being questioned over the murder. Interesting that the Stephen Lawrence case was pursued vigorously because of the racial aspect.

Genuine question, haven't particularly followed the story.
