I have no issue with losing to Arsenal who are one of the best teams in Europe. What I have an issue with is the absolutely pathetic manner that we have approached this first half.

Gutless and lacking any sort of ambition, tactical nous or organisation.

As I've just posted on Twitter, the only real positive of having Roy Hodgson as your manager is that you're supposed to be solid and organised defensively. We're a f***ing shambles and have gone from being one of the strongest teams at defending set pieces in the league to the worst.

We are in serious danger of relegation.

It is hard to understand that a defence with 4 internationals can't work out how to defend corners

Don’t worry second half we’ll revert to plan B………….oh wait a minute I forgot - we don’t have a plan B under Roy!

Looks like Roy has lost the dressing room, the players don’t look interested anymore!!! If he doesn’t go now we are not only in a relegation battle but will lose all our top players in the summer no one will want to stay!

Look Eagles, it was always going to be very tough going there today. Especially after a mid-week game at Merseyside.

hence, i will forgive Roy for today. However , if we lose to Sheffield at Selhurst, then i will be joining the 'Roy out' club.

I don't agree. There was no excuse for that. Poor defending, no obvious offensive plan, no-one supporting Henderson to stop Arsenal crowding him. Arsenal have looked really average and yet are 2-0 up. Schlupp playing on the right, Mateta isolated, playing wingbacks when neither is that good at going forward. It all just seems so confused. It's also apparent that the Everton game was really just an opportunity for Roy to work on a new formation, which didn't work against a sh*t Everton team, but apparently he thought it could work away tom Arsenal?!!

Arsenal looked so poor themselves that this game is not over, but Roy has to change something. The only time Franca has looked good is wide left, so bring him on there. At least he has pace and trickery. We know what'll happen, Roy will bring Eduoard on and the youngsters when the game is already lost.

I expected us to lose but not so limply.

BOO.

My Mrs just asked me why do I do this to myself every week because I’ve got the right hump.

She’s right. I was in a good mood 45 minutes ago. It’s not the losing it’s the manner that we play. I don’t even have the words to describe how bad we are to watch. It’s supposed to be entertainment. Ffs

On 5Live they were discussing Eze and how he'd prosper in a decent team. Olise got a similar mention. Palace are considered third rate. I can understand their thinking. "No disrespect to Palace"
No of course not.

We'll lose both to a top 6 club unless something changes. And it looks like it won't.

I have now sufficient funds to last me the rest of my life. Provided I don't buy anything.

How can this shower manage to get another 17 points this season?! This run of results and performances is far worse than PV's one. And yet Roy continues to bumble along.

There appear to be deep issues at the club that are strangling improvement and progression.

If we'd scored those two goals it would still be 0-0. There's no way fouls aren't given if it's us scoring.

They are the better team but i don't like to see us being constantly bullied in our own penalty area. It makes us look so weak and gives energy to the opposition.
First goal a rather obvious case of climbing all over Richards.
Second goal, Ben White backing into/blocking Henderson.
But: we should dominate our own area not simply chase every runner !!!!
Another Saturday heading for depression.

We move in the direction of our thoughts.
Just think a little.

Just when you thought it can’t possibly get any worse..!!

That was the worst half of so called football I have seen us play in years - and that’s something..!!

I’m struggling to even articulate - absolutely woeful - no passion, no shape, tactically inept, can’t pass, can’t hold the ball, can’t defend corners - list goes on and on..!!

Only glimmer of hope Potter in the ground.

Surely Roy got to go..!!
