agree, can't do it all on his own.

Question for the manager:
Given we are 3-0 down what have we got to lose by bringing on Franca and Ahamada?

He'll probably bring them on with 5 mins to go and then blame them for the defeat.

I’m at the game….everyone around me shocked, upset and the message is clear

ROY OUT!!!

My sons want to leave the game now - tempted, but kind of feel there’s no running away from this. Hard to say…but Brighton are ‘better’ in every area of the pitch.

Henderson imitating a statue for Brighton's second.

Mitchell at fault for the second. Found himself in no mans land and then just stood like a statue when the cross came in.

We are easily the worst team in the premier league. And Roy says he won’t retire till his job is done, that is till he relegates the palace.

I’d only bring on Olise if we somehow managed to get 2 goals and there was a sniff at getting something out of the game.

Currently not worth risking him in a lost game.

He even had time to duck and half turn around to watch the kid head the ball in. He is utterly useless.

Should have played back 3 from the start with Mitchell and Munoz given license to go forward.

I posted following paragraph after the Sheffield United match and today I see no reason to change my view. I have edited it slightly.

Let's not get carried away!!
The fundamental problems of team selection, game planning and management are still there for all to see. Roy has been sleepwalking for so long I don't think it has crossed his mind that he may be part of the problem. The world of management has moved on and he is looking increasingly like a dinosaur. So, we may stuck with him and his negative style for the rest of the season. But all bets are off if this result was just a flash in the pan and we return to type with anther string of bad results.
It won't have escaped anyone's notice that teams around us are beginning to show fighting spirit and a sense of urgency in order to avoid relegation. Wish we could show that spirit and urgency on a regular basis.
