A lot could depend on the impact Glasner has. If the players feel like the team could challenge higher up the table next season the likes of Olise and Guehi may be happier to stay on for one more season. Having been given bumper pay deals you could also argue that Olise and Eze owe the club something more having been injured for much of this season, although of course I appreciate the world doesn't work that way.

Im rather hoping two things.

1. Glasner will no doubt have good sources to cheaper less known young quality German Austrian and european players .
2. If he can shore us up this season with his attractive football, then maybe Harris and Blitzer will step up alongside Texter to assist in funding new blood.

This is my hope dwr, alongside a vague dream that a new, progressive manager would always align with further investment in the team. I'm well aware of the equation though, Palace + Dreams, hopes and aspirations = 5! I say that, didn't think we'd be an established PL club so that's worth considering...

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

I would Sell Olise and Andersen, 100m for both, their you go Ollie, fill your boots, what we don't know is that if Eze, Guehi, or Doucoure have release clauses.

Guys I think we're dreaming if we think all 3 of Eze, Olise and Guehi are going to be here next year. Even if we let Eze or Olise go for m...Glasner will need the funds to reinvest in players he wants.

And I think/guess you do not know the new club.

My personal feeling is Parish decided, having been ransacked by bigger clubs over the years, we are not a selling club. This is a complete about face on Noades who worked on the principal of buy at 24 sell at 28. Good for profit but the club stays static.

A player may be good enough for the first team and the club will do all they can to keep them. Zaha's contract was allowed to slip rather than sell our prize asset despite the interest and eye watering sums that must have been offered.

If not, they have a place on the bench/squad although that place is always in jeopardy if the club buys in their position - Ward/ Clyne right now.

If their form drops below even that, or if they are too old and/or injured, only then are they sold for little or let go. And on that, the club has displayed tremendous patience - Nathan Ferguson!!!

We display a rare loyalty and patience to our players which can be viewed as both positive and negative. However, it does provide a draw to a player considering which of a number of moderate sized clubs he wants to play for, especially if he is seeking some stability for a young family. Play to your ability and settle and, fitness provided, you could have an extremely lucrative career for 10 years at a club that will adore you. That is the professional footballer's equivalent of a job for life doing the best job in the world.

I predict there will be a very un-Palace like bidding war for Olise and the offers will be too big to turn down.

I'd expect that Guehi will also have some good bids in for him.

With a good defender in C.Richards, I'm not adverse to Guehi being sold. I know he's a great player but Palace are in need of a decent squad that has the ability to sub some players off for some of the same calibre.

Olise... I'd be sad to see leave but he's held in such high regard, I hope we get a good payday at least.

I'd love to have them all stay but I see that as being unlikely.

I don't think you get bidding wars with players having release clauses. The player just chooses a club that triggers the release clause.
