I agree with those who say we should keep Hughes. I think he’s a very good player and even if he’s not always first choice to start, it’s great to know he’s there, can be called upon most of the time and won’t let you down. He’s had some blinders recently.

Mitchell has grown on me and we should definitely keep him. We do however need to buy someone as cover and competition for him. A dedicated attacking left wing-back is needed (Liam Millar springs to mind) which would also give us the option of playing Mitchell further back where he’s arguably stronger.

I think bids will also come in for Mateta which we should deflect. Jeepers…he’s become a handful for the opposition to deal with. Another excellent player.

At the moment the players I would let go are Jairo, Tompkins Ahamanda and Ferguson. I would let Eddie go if we have a replacement lined up.

If he continues to play like he did in the week we could cash in on him and use the money to buy 5-6 new players at the end of next season. He was outstanding.

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

We can live without Tomkins and Jairo. Of the big names we haven’t been missing Guehi or Doucoure since their injury so let them go and trouser £60 - £80m!

Ahamada's under contract until June 2026 so it would be a case of finding a club that wanted to buy him or terminating his contract and writing off the loss. I am hoping that a pre-season under Glasner and Co will see him beginning to show his worth.

If Guehi is not interested in signing a new contract, and has only 2 years remaining , then you could see a sale occurring.
There will be no shortage of interest and he may well have already been tapped up.
I don’t believe that there’s a release clause with Guehi (just a right to match offer from Chelsea and possible sell on clause).
A bidding war would be ideal and Chelsea, Spurs, Man Utd and Liverpool are all rumoured to be interested .

Does anybody know how long Anderson has remaining?
I wouldn’t want to lose him as well as Guehi.

The media have already ‘sold’ Eze and Olise about twenty times to different clubs this summer.
I would be surprised if we sell both, despite it seeming to be out of the club’s control if certain clauses are in place and met.

Two years - same as Guehi (June 2026).

I can see us losing Eze Olise and Guehi for around 200m. Marc is the easiest to replace as the recent results have shown. The other two not so but we will have the finances to find more gems

I’m not so sure we’re definitely going to lose Eze and Olise, I think some players do think these days do they really want to be swallowed up at a bigger club and possibly in and out of the team. We pay our top players pretty well these days, we don’t have to sell and they clearly enjoy themselves out on the pitch together.

Wishful thinking I know
