Its a fail for me. I pay for 4 tickets every year using the friends and family list. I usually pay for my son who is on the F&F list, that is still there but could not establish how to pay for him. So a bank transfer and he did it. Why is everything so complicated

A warning to anyone who still takes the physical plastic season ticket. When you renew Don’t just assume you will receive it for next season , you need to contact the box office, they then send you a link for a simple form that must be returned by july 1st

Are you saying that if I go and renew at the box office (as I will) I'll have to contact them again before 30th June to make sure I receive my plastic card?

If you go to the box office and request a plastic season ticket, they’ll give you a form to complete there and then, just stating your details and reason why you want one. I have read that they will email their decision at a later date(if your reason is acceptable or not), but don’t know personally if this is true.
