Lucky us we get him back. I know he's our responsibility and he should face justice for his crimes but the thread is about taxpayer money funding depravity. There's nothing we can do about it, I can still moan though. One more point

Bribing officials is so commonplace it’s expected. Biometrics is probably what alerted them so were waiting for him.
