We were linked with Sara even before the window opened. The problem with proven Championship players is that they're becoming very expensive. I suppose we may have had something to do with that, having hoovered up Eze, Olise, Guehi and Wharton at the prices we did. I may be wrong but I think Norwich were looking at something in the £25m-£30m range. I don't see us going for this one.

A 10% sell-on clause was included in the contract for Gabriel Sara who was bought from Sao Paulo for a fee of up to £13 Mill.
