Trevor Francis was fuming at his players as they lost another lead this time against Wimbledon to allow the Dons a share of the spoils at Selhurst Park.
Francis said: "As a manager I can't legislate for individual mistakes. Both Shaun Derry and Hayden Mullins were apologetic to their team-mates, but the players must learn that these errors are costing us maximum points.
"It has become a regular occurrence in recent weeks that we seem to do enough to win and then let it slip. I am left wondering if my players know how to win. We seem to believe that the game is over and find ourselves drawing the game.
"We're not losing games and have been beaten just three times all season, but it's victories we need.
"The players need to clear their heads while shaking off the disappointment of not winning and preparing for the Brighton game next Saturday. It's going to be hard work on the training ground."
