Nik Michopoulos's loan from Burnley has been extended by two months.

The Greek keeper was brought in by Trevor Francis as cover for the injured Matt Clarke and Alex Kolinko.

The 32-year-old has played four matches in his one-month stay at Selhurst Park but has been relegated to the subs' bench following Kolinko's return from injury.

Clarke is out for the season with a knee problem sustained against Burnley in August. Michopoulos can be recalled by Burnley boss Stan Ternent at short notice.
