Matt Clarke
Matt Clarke had an operation on Wednesday in an attempt to solve his knee injury problems.
Clarke suffered an injury to his knee during the Burnley match in August, and after several weeks rest it was decided that an operation would be required to correct it.
The surgery on Wednesday was sucessful, however Clarke will have to spend the rest of the season on the sidelines.
Physio George Cooper is pleased that the operation has finally taken place.
He told the official website: "Matt has been waiting to see if rest was going to be sufficient but an operation was needed and I'm pleased to say that took place on Wednesday.
We know he will be out for the rest of the season but knowing Matt he will be back raring to go in August".
