Danny Butterfield

Danny Butterfield scored his first Palace goal this afternoon in a 2-1 victory over Ipswich.

Palace's first goal, in the 19th minute was scored by the in form Andy Johnson - his 8th goal in four games.

Ipswich equalised after 39 minutes through Darren Ambrose.

However it was Palace who made it count, after 78 minutes when Butterfield's shot at a very acute angle beat Ipswich keeper Andy Marshall.
