Trevor Francis
Trevor Francis was full of praise for match-winner Danny Butterfield who fired the winner in the 2-1 away win against Ipswich on Sunday.
Butterfield got what proved to be the winning goal in the 78th minute after Darren Ambrose had levelled Andy Johnson’s opener after 19 minutes.
Francis said: "Danny's only 22, and he can only get better. He's given me consistency in a variety of positions this season, and he did very well from a tight angle.
"I felt we should have made the game safe earlier than we did, though, given the number of chances we created. Tony Popovic, especially, could have killed the game by making it 3-1.
"One of the most pleasing things this season is the resilience we're showing.
"Last year, if we'd gone behind, the game would have been as good as up. Now we've got much more spirit."
