Simon Jordan
Simon Jordan has spoken to the press (again) - this time saying that he expects Palace to be challenging for promotion.
Palace lost a long unbeaten run at the weekend, when they lost out 2-0 to high flyers Norwich City.
Palace were however without key players Dougie Freedman, Tony Popovic, Jamie Smith, Matt Clarke and Ade Akinbiyi - all out due to injury.
Jordan is expecting that once these players are back from injury, results like the one at the weekend will be very different.
He said: "I can guarantee you there will be a different result the next time we play Norwich.
"Our five highest earners have hardly kicked a ball all season and we had several players missing through injury.
"But I've said I expect us to be challenging and we will be challenging."
