Alex Kolinko
Alex Kolinko kept his third clean sheet in a row for his country, as Lativa beat lowly San Marino 1-0.
Kolinko has been recovering from a groin injury recently, but was fit enough to travel to San Marino for this European Championships qualifying match.
The only goal of the game came right at the end of the match, and it was San Marino's Carlo Valentini who scored in his own net.
Lativa also included the recently released Andrejs Rubins in their team.
The result puts Lativa top of Group 4 with 7 points, and Kolinko has a very good chance of featuring in Portgual in 2004.
