Tony Popovic
Tony Popovic stunned England by scoring the opening goal in Australia's 3-1 win over England at Upton Park.
Popovic got on the end of Stan Lazaridis' free-kick after losing marker Gary Neville at the far post to head past David James after 17 minutes.
Harry Kewell made it 2-0 a few minutes before the break until Francis Jeffers pulled a goal back for England on 69.
Popovic was then substituted in the 72nd minute. Brett Emerton added a third for Australia with six minutes left for a memorable win.
Aki Riihilahti played the full 90 minutes in Finland's 1-0 win in Northern Ireland. Sami Hyypia got the only goal of the game after 49 minutes.
Wantaway goalkeeper Alex Kolinko, who was recently fined for refusing to play against Leicester, played in Latvia's 2-1 win at home to Lithuania this afternoon.
Former Eagles winger Andrejs Rubins opened the scoring for the hosts before Lithunia equalised three minutes later. Mihails Miholaps got what proved to be the winner for the Latvians after 58 minutes.
Kit Symons was an unused substitute in Wales' 2-2 draw at home to Bosnia-Herzegovina. Robert Earnshaw (eight minutes) and John Hartson (74 minutes) were the goalscorers.
