Akinbiyi signs for Stoke on loan

Ade Akinbiyi has moved to Stoke City on loan until the end of the season.

He will link up with Tony Pulis - his boss at Gillingham in 1997-98.

Akinbiyi has been a flop at Palace since his £2.2m move from Leicester City in February 2002. He could be offloaded to Stoke permanently next season.
