Dougie Freedman
Jon Goodman got off to a good start as new reserve team boss as the Eagles cruised to a 4-1 victory at QPR.
James Gibson gave Palace the lead, heading home Tommy Black's corner on 11 minutes from inside the area.
Palace doubled their advantage almost straight from the kick-off in the second half as Tom Soares crossed for Gary Borrowdale to head in at the back post.
Five minutes later, Soares helped make it 3-0. His run and shot was blocked by the QPR defence and it fell to Dougie Freedman at the edge of the box who scored.
QPR substitute Scott Donnelly scored a fine individual goal on 62, beating two defenders on the right and shooting past Lance Cronin.
With three minutes left, Freedman scored the fourth goal, taking two attempts to finish from close range. Palace now move up to fourth place in the Pontin's Holiday's League.
Palace: Cronin, Leigertwood (Nabil 70), J Smith, Symons (Togwell 72), Gibson, Derry (Heeroo 60), Soares, Black, Freedman, Brown, Borrowdale.
