Recent signing Sandor Torghelle suffered an injury worry in Hungary's 3-0 win over Scotland last night.
The striker had to limp off after 25 minutes with an ankle injury after a clash with defender Andy Webster and faces a race against time to be fit for Palace's match at home to Everton this Saturday.
Torghelle said: "Fortunately my leg injury is not serious although I was a bit worried when the Scottish defender slid in.
"Later it felt okay and the doctor reassured me that there was no problem.
"Hopefully, I will be absolutely alright for the weekend because I would like to make a good debut at Selhurst Park."
His Palace team-mate, Gabor Kiraly played in goal and was happy to keep a clean sheet in the friendly at Hampden Park.
Elsewhere, Aki Riihilahti and Joonas Kolkka both featured in Finland's 2-0 World Cup qualifying defeat to Romania.
