Andy Johnson
Andy Johnson has scooped the Crystal Palace Player of the Year award for the second year running.
Johnson capped a remarkable season in which he scored 21 goals in the Premiership - second behind Arsenal's Thierry Henry - and won his first England cap.
The striker was shortlisted for the PFA Footballer of the Year award and named in the PFA team of the season.
He also finished eighth in this season's Barclays Premiership Actim Player Ratings and was the third best striker behind Thierry Henry and Eidur Gudjohnsen.
The Actim Index is the official ratings system for the Barclays Premiership and Coca Cola Championship, which has been statistically proven to identify the best players.
Each player earns points based on their positive actions during the game (such as shots, saves and tackles), their time on the pitch, the final match result and goals scored.

Vice Presidents' Player of the Year - Michael Hughes.
Young Player of the Year - Tom Soares.
Academy Player of the Year - John Bostock.
Scholar Player of the Year - Ryan Hall.
