Kit Symons
Crystal Palace reserves slumped to a 4-0 defeat in the league away to Chelsea.
Kit Symons fielded a young second string bolstered with more experienced players Mark Hudson, Jon Macken and Tommy Black.
Danny Hollands fired Chelsea into a 17th minute lead, volleying in a spectacular effort from the left of the area.
Despite having most of the play, Chelsea went in at half-time just a goal to the good.
Michael Mancienne doubled the Blues' lead on 65 minutes and two minutes later, Joe Tillen made it 3-0.
Substitute Scott Sinclair netted a fourth goal for Chelsea near the end as Palace's reserves suffered their fourth straight defeat.
