Leon Cort

Leon Cort has been crowned Crystal Palace Player of the Year.

Cort, who signed from Hull for £1m last summer, has been a revelation at centre half and was second top scorer with eight goals.

The 27-year-old also picked up the Vice President's Player of the Year award. Left-back Gary Borrowdale, 21, was awarded Young Player of the Year.

Academy star Moses Swaibu won Scholar of The Year and the Vice Presidents Young Player of The Year awards.

The Academy Player of The Year honour went to John Bostock, while Dougie Freedman won the Goal of the Season gong for his strike against Wolves.
