Former Crystal Palace keeper Gabor Kiraly has joined Burnley.

The Hungarian, 31, was released by the Eagles at the end of last season after his contract expired.

He fell out with Palace boss Peter Taylor and went on loan at Premiership sides Aston Villa and West Ham.

Burnley boss Steve Cotterill moved to make Kiraly his first summer signing on a two-year contract.

Meanwhile, Southend manager Steve Tilson confirmed he wants to sign Tommy Black, who was also let go by Palace.
