Paul Dickov has set his sights on firing Crystal Palace to promotion.
The striker signed in a deadline day loan move until January after seeing his first-team chances at Manchester City limited.
Dickov, 34, hasn't scored since January 2006 when he netted in Blackburn's 2-1 victory over Portsmouth.
But the veteran Scot has vowed to give 100 per cent and is confident he can rediscover his scoring touch with the Eagles.
"Palace is a good club and has always had a decent reputation - they should be going for the top six this season," he said.
"We’ve got the players here and we’ve got everything set up for it. So I wanted to come down, play some football and hopefully score some goals to help them towards it.
"I know what I’m like as a player. I’m not the sort who’s going to beat six or seven people and stick it in the top corner. I work hard and give my all, whether it’s in training or games. I want to do well in every session or game I’m involved in."
