Danny Butterfield
Danny Butterfield has spoken of his delight at getting a run in the Crystal Palace line-up.
The right-back made his first league start of the season at Norwich last month in place of the injured Matt Lawrence.
Despite Lawrence recovering from his groin problem, manager Peter Taylor has kept faith in Butterfield and the former Grimsby man is getting back to his best.
"Being out of the side was a very frustrating time - but now I have been given a chance to play and long may it continue," he said.
"The performances I have put in have merited keeping my place. I have always said all I want to do it play football.
"The contract and money situation doesn't interest me - I just want to play football week in, week out.
"As long as I am playing I'm happy. I am good enough to play at this level week in week out."
