Reid, 20, is a left-sided midfielder and product of the West Ham youth academy, who had a spell on-loan at Barnsley last season.

Both players will be in contention for a place in the side for the visit of Blackpool on Saturday.
Meanwhile, three Eagles players have gone on loan deals: Tony Craig has rejoined League One side Millwall, Ryan Hall to Conference outfit Crawley and Jeff Hughes to League One Bristol Rovers.
On a busy loan deadlne day, Chelsea's Scott Sinclair also arrives, while Scott Flinders has made a loan switch to Blackpool.
