Crystal Palace
John Oster has agreed a new 18 month contract with Crystal Palace.
The 29-year-old midfielder was released by Reading in the summer and signed a short term deal with Palace until the end of the year.
Oster has grabbed three goals this season including a superb chip against Norwich and his experience has boosted Neil Warnock's young Eagles.
The former Welsh international's career has seen him also feature for Grimsby, Everton, Sunderland, Barnsley, Leeds and Burnley.
Warnock said: "He's had a real lease of life recently. I’ve not just given him a contract to the end of the season I’ve given him another year as well because he deserves it and he is blossoming."
