Ben Watson
Crystal Palace have accepted a £2million fee from Middlesbrough for Ben Watson.
Watson will be out of contract in the summer and has turned down offers of a new deal from the club.
Earlier this month Boro had been leading the chase for the highly rated midfielder but Simon Jordan had turned down their previous bids.
Neil Warnock confirmed to the Croydon Advertiser that a deal was in place for Watson to move north.
"The chairman has spoken to (Middlesbrough chairman) Steve Gibson - and they have agreed a £2million fee," said Warnock.
"It is not a foregone conclusion yet. Ben still has to agree personal terms."
