Crystal Palace
Crystal Palace are reported to be ready to put in a bid to sign Matthew Upson, who might decide to leave Arsenal at the end of the season.
Upson has been out of action for quite some time with a cruciate knee ligament injury but enjoyed a loan spell at Palace this season.
Alan Smith was keen on signing Upson on a permanent basis but Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger told him Upson wasn't for sale at any price.
The England under-21 international is said to be set to have showdown talks with Arsene Wenger about his long-term future.
Meanwhile, a number of Palace players called up for international duty.
Mikael Forssell and Aki Rihilahti are in the Finland squad for their game against Hungary.
Andrejs Rubins and Alex Kolinko will be playing San Marino for their country Latvia.
Elsewhere, Ricardo Fuller is likely to start on the bench for Jamaica against Honduras, while Gregg Berhalter is hoping to be in the starting line-up of the USA for their World Cup qualifier against Costa Rica.
