James Dayton
An inexperienced Crystal Palace reserve side were thrashed 6-2 away to Reading.
Dublin-born striker Dave Mooney fired the Royals into a two-nil lead in this behind-closed-doors match at Hogwood Park.
However, Palace hit back to level the scores. James Dayton - who is to leave the club in the summer - got on the end of Jamie Smith's threaded pass to score.
Then Allessane N'Diaye netted the second goal with a backpost header.
But Reading's experienced players showed their worth as Mooney secured his hat-trick, Leroy Lita grabbed two and Abdulai Baggie got the sixth.
