Crystal Palace reserves gave Lewes a 4-0 thumping at Hayes Lane.

It was the second successive victory after the stiffs triumphed over Millwall in their last outing.

Non-league Lewes have proved to be cannon fodder for the strong league sides in the Combination and this was no different.

They went in at the break with just a one goal deficit despite being forced to play defender Andy Wilkinson in goal.

Nathaniel Pinney put Palace in front when he headed left-back Matthew Parsons's cross Palace in the 15th minute.

Five minutes into the second half, came the second goal with Parsons providing for Pinney again.

The third arrived after 78 minutes as substitute Jerry Nnamani nodded home Danny Maguire's cross.

And with six minutes to go, Alessane N'Diaye fired home the fourth from 10 yards.

Palace: Flinders, Abnett, Parsons, Maguire, N'Diaye, Holland, Randall (Nnamani 46), Smith (Holness 63), Thomas (Maga 70), Pinney, Cadogan.

Not used: Thorpe, Kenlock, Roberts.
