Crystal Palace reserves were 3-2 victors at home to Eastbourne Borough.

The Eagles' second string have had an impressive campaign under coach Ronnie Jepson but went a goal down after 15 minutes through Matt Smart.

Only 10 minutes later, Nathaniel Pinney levelled matters by converting a low cross from the right.

Keiron Cadogan put Palace in front on the half hour mark with a brilliant 30 yard shot over keeper Chris May.

Cadogan set up Matthew Wright to fire home Palace's third goal from 15 yards in the second half.

Eastbourne brought in back to 3-2 with a strike from Jamie Taylor but the Eagles held on for their sixth win of the season.

Palace: Anderson, Abnett, Adelakun, Holland, Nnamani, Comley, Ledgister, N'Diaye, Wright, Pinney, Cadogan.

Subs: Parsons, Randall, Holness, Matcham, Sekajja.
