Palace went 2-1 up in the 70th minute when substitute Joel Ledgister crossed to Cadogan to score at the far post.
But the Albion levelled matters six minutes from time after George Barker beat the offside trap to score past Mann.
Palace: Mann, Abnett, Adelakun, Edwards (Goldsmith 79), Nnamani, Comley, Cadogan, McCoy, Zaha (Sekajja 45), Randall (Ledgister 65), Djilali.
