Recent trialists Liam Bridcutt and Dean Morgan will not be offered deals with Crystal Palace.

Bridcutt, 21, a product of the Chelsea youth acadamy, has played in all of the Eagles' pre-season games so far.

Despite this the midfielder has not travelled with the rest of the squad for their West Country tour, where they will play Dorchester Town and Exeter City this week.

Morgan who was released by MK Dons at the end of last season has also been told the bad news. He featured in the games against Crawley Town and Chelsea.

George Burley told the Croydon Guardian:

"Liam and Dean did well but we are not going to offer them contracts,"

"We are just wanting to keep our options open for now."

Meanwhile three other trialists could still be offered deals by the club.

Left back Anthony Ouasfane, 21, who featured against Chelsea has travelled with the rest of the squad to the West Country so Burley can take another look at him.

Davide Baiocco and Aleksandar Radosavljevic have not travelled but Burley has seen enough of both to assess how they might fit into the squad.

"All of the trialists did well on Saturday and we are keeping our options open and trying to put all the pieces in place," said Burley.

"We are having another look at the left back for a couple of games and he will play tomorrow night.

"With Baiocco and Radosavljevic they are both excellent players and we don't need to look at them again but no decision has been made.

"We are going to look at the budget and see what there is."

Baiocco is hopeful a deal can be done. He told tuttomercatoweb:

"It was a great experience, we'll see if they propose something.

"I'm waiting for news from my agent and then we'll decide together with Brescia.

"I love English football and it was a thing born by chance, there was the possibility of a friendly and that was a good experience. We'll see what comes out.

"I like the way people live football in England, they think only to play. The result is not always important, only that you have tried your best.

"There are many things to consider, together with Brescia, and that doesn't mean that if Crystal Palace made me a proposal I would accept. There are many things to consider.

"In life, never say never, but for now I think I will start the season with Brescia".
