Simon Rodger

Simon Rodger is one of nine players who have agreed new contracts with the Selhurst Park club.

The longest-serving Eagle has commited his future to new manager Steve Bruce.

The other eight players who have put pen to paper are: Steve Thomson, Andrew Frampton, Sean Hankin, Jonathon Boardman, Richard Howell, Robert Kember, Scott Gooding and Ryan Williams.

First team players Dean Austin, Jamie Smith, Stephen Kabba and Stephen Evans are expected to sign new deals with the club when they return from holiday later this month.
