Andy Dorman
Andrew Dorman has spoken of his determination to help Crystal Palace turn their season around.
Palace are lying second bottom in the Championship table after a frustrating start to the campaign under manager George Burley.
The Selhurst Park club were denied a vital point in Saturday's match at home to QPR after the away side scored a stoppage time winner.
And Dorman, a summer signing from St Mirren, says the players must put that result behind them and are up for the challenge of getting the Eagles out of trouble.
"The bottom three is not where you want to be and we are certainly aware of where we are in the table," he said.
"It's never nice to be down there but what we've got to do is use it as added motivation to start getting the results.
"It's a long season and we're certainly not panicking but we've got to start climbing the table and we want to do that sooner rather than later.
"Millwall will be another tough game but I'm sure all the lads will be up for the challenge, especially given how the last game ended up against QPR."
