Danny Gabbidon
Crystal Palace have snapped up free agent Danny Gabbidon.
The 33-year-old centre half has signed a deal until the end of the season, subject to Football League approval.
Gabbidon, who has 45 caps for Wales, was formerly with QPR and is looking forward to re-igniting his career with the Eagles.
He told the Palace website: "My season with QPR was a crazy year, a lot of stuff went on and I didn't really enjoy my time there to be honest. I played the first half of the season but then for the second I was on the bench.
"I'm happy to get a club now as I've gone through the summer and waited for things to happen whilst seeing the season start and watching games on the TV.
"I want to try and enjoy my football again and just go out there and play and not worry about anything else .I think with Dougie and Lennie there's a good thing going here, it's a good mix and they're definitely a reason for me signing."
