Wayne Hennessey
Wayne Hennessey became Crystal Palace's first signing of the January transfer window after completing a move from Wolves.
The goalkeeper, 27, has penned a three-and-a-half year contract and joins from the League One pacesetters for an undisclosed fee believed to be up to £1.75million.
Hennessey had been on loan at Yeovil since August to get back to fitness after missing all of last season for Wolves with a cruciate knee ligament injury.
He was Wolves' Player of the Year in 2006/07, helping them win promotion to the top flight in 2008/09 and sparkled in their Premier League campaign.
The Wales international refused to play for the Molineux club in the recent match against Gillingham, stating transfer speculation had affected his focus, but later admitted his regret.
Speaking exclusively to Palace Player, he said: "I'm delighted to be here, I've met some of the lads and the staff already so I'm just looking forward to getting out onto the training pitch now. We've got Arsenal on the weekend which is going to be a tough game but hopefully we can get something out of it.
"I know Danny Gabbidon well and he's been telling me what the place is all about. He said it's a fantastic club and that I should get down here so I'm over the moon it's happened.
"Going out to Yeovil was good for me as I managed to get match experience again but then that came to an end and I went back to Wolves and was sadly on the bench. Hopefully the tables will turn for me now."
