Goalkeeper Julian Speroni has warned his Crystal Palace team mates to not get carried away with the win over Chelsea.
The Eagles gave their chances of avoiding relegation a major lift by stunning the league leaders with a 1-0 triumph on Saturday.
Tony Pulis' men are now five points above the bottom three but need to get a result at lowly rivals Cardiff on Saturday to keep their hopes of safety alive.
Speroni, who made two crucial saves from Chelsea star Eden Hazard, knows that the victory over Jose Mourinho's side does not keep Palace in the division.
He said: "It was a great three points, a massive result and we deserved to enjoy it but we need to focus now on Cardiff next week. Because if we don’t get a result there, anything can happen.
"Our spirit has been great since the beginning of the season.
"We went through a bad spell, nine games without winning, losing every week. That was tough, a learning process for us.
"And then we came back strongly. The spirit in the camp is fantastic."
