Watch what Crystal Palace caretaker manager Keith Millen had to say at the 3pm press conference.

"Martin Kelly got out of his car this morning and said to me, "I didn't think I'd trained that badly yesterday?!"

"Last time wasn't right for me (to take over). It's slightly different now - I've not had a chance to think about my situation yet."

"It's going to be tough. I'm not going to come in and change everything for tomorrow."

"I know the fans will be upset and annoyed, but that must not detract from the fact that we're going to the Emirates tomorrow"

"We had a meeting this morning, and I said 'Tony loved working with you.' Confidence-wise, it shouldn't affect them at all."

"It certainly wasn't a disagreement over Wilf. He's not on his way back. It was discussed."

"I've been in with the players this morning, and we're all devastated."

"I haven't been part of meetings between Parish and Pulis. They were fine when I was with them on away trips. We had a drink."

"I wasn't expecting to be sitting here a day before the start of the season. Tony was more than happy out on the training pitch."
