Jerome Williams
Crystal Palace youngster Jerome Binnom-Williams has gone on a one month loan to Southend United.
The 19-year-old left back has featured a number of times during the Eagles' pre-season games and also played in the Capital One Cup match against Walsall last month.
He went on loan to Conference side Forest Green Rovers last season, and will be making the step up to League Two now that he has joined Southend.
Palace boss Neil Warnock is also looking to loan out a number of other youngsters including Jake Gray and Sullay KaiKai to give them first team experience at a lower level.
I can see a poor start again this season and a struggle to match last season's achievements
