League Cup
Crystal Palace open their Capital One Cup campaign with a home tie against Shrewsbury.
Shrewsbury are famously one of Palace's bogey sides with the Eagles having beaten them just once in the last 13 matches.
League One Shrews knocked out Blackburn Rovers of the Championship in one of the first-round shocks at Ewood Park.
The Eagles will be looking for a good cup run this season after getting knocked out at the third round last term following an extra-time defeat to Alan Pardew's Newcastle United.
Ties to be played in the week commencing August 24.
