Crystal Palace defender Pape Souare has signed a new contract with the club.

The Senegal international left-back has committed his future to the Eagles by inking a fresh three-and-a-half deal.

Souare, 25, has been an ever present since joining from French side Lille this time last year and has chalked up 33 appearances.

"I just want to thank every fan for helping me to find my level and the manager as well," he told the club website. "I'm very happy to be at this club."
