Reserve team player Sean Hankin has moved to Third Division Torquay United for an undisclosed fee.

Hankin, 20, has been on loan for the Gulls for the last two months and has impressed the management with his performances.

Chairman Mike Bateson said: "Sean has now signed his contract, and will be with us until 2003."

Hankin made six first-team appearances at Plainmoor and will one first team appearance for Palace since coming up through the ranks at Selhurst Park.
