We round up the latest Crystal Palace transfer rumours and gossip.
Palace are looking to capture Senegal striker Khouma Babacar for £12m. The 25-year-old has only just joined Italian side Sassuolo from Fiorentina after impressing on loan but could be sold for an instant profit. (Mirror)
Both the Eagles and Bournemouth have expressed interest in Brentford forward Ollie Watkins. The Bees are looking for £15m despite signing him for £1.8m from Exeter a year ago. The 22-year-old scored 11 goals in 48 appearances from the wing in all competitions last season. (Evening Standard)
Uruguay's World Cup star Diego Laxalt is a target for Palace, who could make an offer of €15-20m for the Genoa left back. The 25-year-old is also comfortable on the left wing and Benfica, Valencia, Wolfsburg and Galatasaray are also keen. (calciomercato.com)
Palace manager Roy Hodgson says Palace have little money to spend this summer as they are still paying for previous transfers. The lack of funds means they will enter the loan market and could bring in players such as Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Timothy Fosu-Mensah again. (Football.London)
Out-of-contract Palace winger Bakary Sako has turned down the offer of a new deal and could re-join old club Wolves. Hodgson said: "No, he is not signing, he doesn't want to sign. I guess he will be moving on, I don't know, the last I heard was that he had turned down the offer of a contract that we had made to him." (Football.London)
