Jeffrey Schlupp
Jeffrey Schlupp has admitted he would play anywhere for Crystal Palace manager Roy Hodgson.
Schlupp arrived from Premier League champions Leicester in January 2017 as someone who can operate at left back and the wing.
Patrick van Aanholt has secured the full back slot over pre-season, while Schlupp has performed well in midfield after the departures of Yohan Cabaye and Ruben Loftus-Cheek.
The 25-year-old utility man hopes to be in Hodgson's plans for the start of the season and says he doesn't mind what role he is asked to play.
"I enjoy playing in midfield, I've always said I'd play anywhere [Hodgson] needed me to," Schlupp told Palace TV. "He's using me in midfield and I feel really comfortable there.
"Whenever I've played with Wilf and Patrick behind, I think the link-up has been good and we work at it in training.
"If that happens to be the left side coming into the first game of the season, we're more than ready and the connection is already there, so happy days."
