Sorloth makes loan move to Turkey

Crystal Palace striker Alexander Sorloth has signed for Trabzonspor in a two-year loan deal.

The 23-year-old has only made eight starts for the Eagles and will look to kick-start his career in the Turkish league.

Sorloth joined from Danish outfit FC Midtjylland in January 2018 for £9million but has failed to make an impact at Selhurst Park.

He went out on loan to Belgian side Gent for the second half of last season where he scored four goals in 19 appearances.

His only Palace goal came against Swansea in the August's third-round League Cup win away.
