Palace
Richard Shaw has left his role as head coach of the Under 23s with immediate effect.
The former Palace defender started working with the academy back in January 2013.
Shaw told cpfc.co.uk: ”I've enjoyed my time at Palace but now it’s time to explore other exciting coaching opportunities."
