Crystal Palace have signed Israel international Anan Khalaili from Royale Union Saint-Gilloise.

Khalaili, who operates as a full-back or a winger, joins for a reported £21million and has agreed a contract until 2031.

The 21-year-old helped the Belgian club clinch their first Belgian Pro League title in 90 years and a Belgian Cup.

He brings European experience having scored three of his six goals in the Champions League last season.

"I have followed the Premier League for a long time, it's a new challenge for me," Khalaili said.

"And Crystal Palace I like, because I have followed them for a long time. They have deserved to win three trophies and I want to do more."

Khalaili becomes the fifth addition to Pierre Sage's side after the arrivals of defenders Takehiro Tomiyasu and Oscar Mingueza (both free), midfielder Dwight McNeil and Evann Guessand is back on a season-long loan from Aston Villa.
