Reserve title to be decided on last game

Palace's hopes of winning the Avon Insurance Combination reserve league hinges on QPR's game against Brighton on Thursday.

The reserves won their last match of the season 2-1 against Bristol City on Monday afternoon. Both Palace goals were scored by Gareth Williams.

However, QPR beat Reading 3-0 this afternoon and this means QPR could take the title by beating Brighton at Loftus Road in two day's time. Anything else from the west London side would hand the title to Palace.
